Born and raised in Rapid City, Tyler joins the team at Legacy Aspen Planning after a robust educational career. Tyler first studied at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, where he graduated with degrees in both History and Communication Studies. He went on to study at the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law.
