Loretta met with us and showed us the property. We then went back to Maryland and Loretta did all of the arrangements for us. We had no knowledge of the area and she told us about everything in the area, even told us where the churches and businesses were. She gave us the names of lawyers that would help the settlement.

I found a house here, there was still a tenant there and they still put the house out for sell.
The agent Loretta G. Gant said we need to give a deposit immediately or we don't have a chance to buy the house.
She said that we can closed the contract on May 11 or May 24 - 26 and at the tenant will leave. But when the time on the contract is up her excuse is that the tenant won't move and when we ask, when will the tenant move out of the house she just said I don't know. We told Loretta if she doesn't have a time then we don't want the house and give use the deposit back but she just say she can

I met Mr.Atkins a year ago in the process of relocation to Farmville, well he helped me find a little house it did not happen but it was ok the Good Lord was in control! In the mean time I went home , packed by Faith SOLD my house, returned to Farmville in December with the Lord’s help and Statewide Realty, I am now a FarmVille resident!
