North Point Healthcare and Wellness Centre is a skilled nursing facility located in the lovely community of Fresno, California. We pride ourselves on staffing only the best nurses, caregivers, and therapists. Our facility is bright and uplifting, with clean rooms and comfortable decor. Our wide array of services enables our residents to receive the medical, restorative and compassionate care they deserve.
North Point Healthcare and Wellness Centre provides everything from intensive short-term rehabilitation therapy to long-term restorative care. Our nursing and rehabilitation facility has a full-range of nursing care, therapy and social services support to patients and residents. Rehabilitation is an essential component for a successful recovery, if you or a loved one has had a serious illness or surgery.
I want to praise and compliment the entire staff for their hard work and care. They are always making sure all our needs are taken care of. The dietary staff in the kitchen works so hard preparing our food, always having the food out on time, and making sure everyone has exactly what they ordered. The CNAs all work so hard and take time with each resident to give so much love.

This place is not where you want to send ANY loved one. My husband went there for rehab from a broken femur. They over medicated him and every time we went to visit him he wasn't getting better but looked like he was on deaths bed. There was no physical therapy happening. His phone was hacked by the workers and my number was blocked so I could no longer call him. I didn't know this until I went to my cellphone provider found out that that a security code was put in place and we were unable to remove. I had to buy a new phone to be able to call him. I will be reporting this to authorities. There

TAKING OUR MOTHER TO THIS PLACE WAS THE WORSE DECISION OUR FAMILY EVER MADE!!! I KNEW AT LEAST 1 FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND WOULD BE THERE TO CHECK UP ON HER EVERY SINGLE DAY. EVEN WITH THAT THE CNA'S STILL DROPPED THE BALL SEVERAL TIMES, I KNOW BECAUSE I CALLED THEM ON IT EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! MY BIG SISTER WAS IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING ANOTHER FACILITY WHEN THE PANDEMIC HIT, AND WE WERE TOLD NO VISITING AND MAMA COULDN'T LEAVE. WE STARTED FACETIME AND WINDOW VISITS, AND SLOWLY WE WATCHED MAMA DECLINE. WHEN MY SISTER PUT HER FOOT DOWN THEY SHIPPED HER TO ST. AGNES, BY THEN IT WAS TOO LATE. THIS PLACE

My husband has been in here for 6 months and is now set up in hospice care there. I have to say that this facility has really impressed me. I've had only a couple of issues but they were cleared up quickly. The staff is very friendly and helpful plus they treat my husband with a lot of care. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone needing care for their loved one.

My husband was a resident at this place for about four weeks. His health declined quite rapidly due to poor medication management by both the doctor and nurses. I would NOT put an animal in this place. I regret putting my husband here, he has now passed away due to their incompetence. Stay away from this place.

The communication/calls with updates on my wife's PT and health progress, with exception of 2 calls, has been nonexistent, including no call from Dr. Assigned to care for my wife. I would never recommend Northpointe to anyone, and am really disappointed in my 20 + calls with no staff callbacks ! Grade is F-

Horrible place that does not care about its patients. They just care about getting their money’s worth from everyone in there. My grandpa was in here when covid had started and he came out malnourished and was taken to the hospital shortly after getting home because he was so badly taken care of. The five star reviews must be workers or friends of the place, because it definitely is not worth any stars.

NorthPointe is such a warm and cozy facility. The residents and staff are connected as family. With all the controversy that surrounds Health Facilities, some forget that as care workers we too grow to love the residents and go through the emotions of loss and heartache. Thank you to the staff, residents and families for allowing me to be apart of such a wonderful community.

This place looks like it's nice but it's not. The older people are on wheelchairs left in the hallway asleep. One lady has been in the same clothes for 4 days and smells like pee. They don't provide wheelchairs for patients. If you don't have one then your stuck in your room. One lady hasn't been out of her room in over a year. The staff isn't knowledgeable in medical care. The do have a lot of new students there. If you have a loved one there and they get visits then they will get taken care of more. If you don't have anyone to see you ...then the care is terrible. If you have no choice to go
