Worst place I’ve ever lived in my 5 years of college living. Our house flooded every time it rained, they didn’t believe us or do anything to help fix it. Dry wall all the way along the basement rotted out due to water damage along with water damage on all wood in basement. Basement bedroom is not livable due to flooding. Ceilings in rooms upstairs were all cracked and one even fell down our first day in the house. Nothing was cleaned either when we moved in. Many attempts to have Rent MSU come fix the issues in our house yet we got ignored until the past 3 months of living. Before we signed
