Hile-Best Funeral Home offers a full-range of funeral service offerings, ranging from traditional arrangements with visitation and services, to very simplified plans, such as a direct cremation. No matter which type of arrangements families choose, they can be assured that they will receive the utmost professional, compassionate and dignified service from our staff.
Hile-Best Funeral Home Inc. is located in Seneca, Cranberry Township, Venango County. The funeral home is a corporation that is owned and operated by licensed funeral directors Tyler J. Best and Christopher M. Hile. Tyler Best serves as the funeral home's licensed supervisor. Other part-time staff members that assist with operations are Jim Caldwell of Oil City and Karl Heineman of Seneca.
Hile-Best Funeral Home is centrally and conveniently located on Rte. 257 in Seneca, Cranberry Township. We are located within a half-mile of UPMC Northwest Medical Center, and we are very easy to locate.
The funeral home facilities consist of a large, private, off-street parking lot, a welcoming entry lobby with an area for arrangement consultations, two spacious visitation/service chapels, a family/visitors lounge, casket selection room, a state-of-the-art embalming facility, and offices.The 5,000 square foot facility is located entirely on one floor and is fully handicap accessible including a wheel-chair ramp to the front porch.
