My name is Amanda, and I own Orange You Sweet Bakery, LLC. My bakery is a "cottage food operation" as defined by the Washington State Department of Agriculture. Put simply, I am certified to bake from my home. Take your time, look around, and learn all there is to know about me. I have always had a passion for baking.
Ten years ago I had no idea what I was doing. I thought cakes came from boxes and frosting from jars. Making them from scratch seemed very complex and something I could never learn. As the years passed I tried making more and more foods from scratch. There were a lot of failures, but to my satisfaction there were a lot of successes too!

This was the best custom cake me or my party has ever seen!
We gave short notice and she went way beyond our expectations. The decorations were spot on, the cake and curd flavors popped.
It was a shame to cut the first slice as this was a work of art.
We are already planning our next several creations from her!
