Ron’s Wrecker definitely went the extra mile for me today. Got my work truck stuck in a very inaccessible place and despite not being able to get the wrecker back there, they were still able to get me out…twice.

I called them but never ended up using their services because they wanted to charge me $85 just to come help me out of the ditch. Instead I called the police and thankfully they came and were able to shovel me out.

I cant speak for the day shift dispatch, but the night shift dispatch which seems to be an older lady was very rude and apparently does not like to make the company money by towing vehicles. I tried to set up a call but she refused and when I asked why she said..."do I need a reason?" with a very strong attitude. Because of this I will no longer use this company and I will tell everyone I know and work with not to use them as well.
