Please note that our hourly rate (for most of our services*) for 2021, is $84 per hour. Our PPS (Priority Platinum Service) Rate, for emergency and after hours service calls, remains at $125 per hour. Our $10 per hour Senior & UCD Student discounts for residential clients continue, as usual, throughout 2021.

Our systems that we build are a source of pride for our company. Each one is painstakingly built to rigorous specifications and with the mindset as if we were going to be using them ourselves - for our work, business, gaming, shopping, entertainment, or whatever we need to get done. The more custom they are, the more they can perform for you, for what you need them to do, and they look good doing it.
For what started out as a place for people to buy and sell Beanie Babies, it certainly took on a life of its' own, fueled not only by a well thought out business model and system for members to keep each other in check with feedback rating points, but also by people's desire to 'have a piece' of the booming internet economy.

Did good work on my gateway laptop that another store told me to throw out. Also gave me a first time customer discount. Result was spending 40 bucks instead of 500 or more on a new machine. Steve is friendly and honest I will go back. FYI the laptop was repaired in March and still running in top form as of end of July (a little late doing review)

The big chain store said my Apple MacBook couldn't be repaired and so they tried to sell me a new one. So I called Steve who gave me encouragement and showed interest in seeing if he could help. He spent time talking to me and explained what had happened to my laptop so I'd understand. He gave me options and we agreed on what to do next and within the week my MacBook was as good as new, and for much less than the cost of a new one, or even a used one. Very happy. Thank you MyBrother!

It's always nice doing business with someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also enjoys their craft. I came to Steve about my MacBook that I've had for over six years. I didn't want to get rid of it because it's been a good computer. Steve was able to do the upgrades I requested and even with some technical difficulties along the way he was diligent in getting it up and running so I wouldn't have to go out and buy another operating system. An abrupt "shut-down" to a new Windows 8.1 desktop corrupted the Microsoft password process and we were unable to sign back in. I took it to a chain store for an assessment and they could only guess how to fix it. I found Steve in the phone book, had a good conversation with him over the phone, and believed he had the experience to competently tackle this newer computer without doing more damage.
Steve was able to bypass the password process, access the level of corruption of the files, and segregate them into accessible folders. He ran detailed virus scans and made several recommendations
