Two types of anesthesia exist. General anesthesia causes loss of consciousness of the patient. Local (or regional) anesthesia only causes loss of feeling within a specific area of the body. Dr. Rick is the most competent, compassionate, cheerful dentist I have ever had. For years I dreaded going to the dentist. For me, going to the dentist was like pulling teeth (😂).
Now I go without even thinking about it. His office is state-of-the-art and his staff is efficient and cheerful.

I love Dr. Rick, he is the best technician I have ever been to. I have had problems with dentists in the past, but he has fixed all my issues and my mouth feels great now. Also, the hygienist is great and I felt no pain.
