This company did an absolutely amazing job. Not only were they professional, efficient, polite and respectful but they did a fantastic job installing my beautiful windows and cleaned up nicely after themselves. They were on time every morning and best part of all their sales person Sandy was amazing in her design ideas and helping me to choose the best look for my great room. I am so happy that we chose to finally get a professional in to fix our leaking windows that several others were unable to fix and to dress it up with a beautiful new design. Highly recommend!!!

Worked with Andy. He was upfront, honest and had the best recommendation for our replacement windows. We didn’t even use Arch city windows for our windows, but Andy set us up with the right company and made sure to get the ball rolling for us. He answered every question and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t say enough about Andy and Arch city windows. We love the work that Arch City did for us. No complaints here! Before we hired them, we looked them up on the Better Business Bureau's website and they have an A+ rating with them. That was good enough for us. We live in St. Louis City and the windows on the front of our house have to be a certain standard/type to meet our city's historical building code requirements. Arch City is familiar with all these requirements; they went downtown and handled all the necessary permits and paperwork.

Outstanding! I have had more than my fair share of contractors over the years and I can say without reservation that Arch City Windows was the most professional, highest quality group with which I have worked. Andy, Joe, Marcia, and the rest of the crew I met were friendly and helpful plus the quality of their craftmanship was fantastic. The job entailed replacing over 40 windows and reconstructing a breakfast nook. They communicated often and made sure I understood the entire project every step of the way. I have no reservation recommending them for any project you may have.

Andy and Marcia walked us through the process with patience, and the people who came to do the work were friendly, courteous, and did really quality work.
