Kay-Ann was always very responsive and worked hard on ensuring everything in the papers were correct. They are both very understanding and sympathetic of your situations as well. I have used Scott and his firm for multiple reasons. Not sure if that's why he likes me or not(!), but he is super knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He has impressed me at every step and makes my wife and I both very welcomed. I thought he charged a reasonable amount and he always uses his associates when needed to save money. If he specializes in your needs, use him. Won't regret it.
