Worse customer service ever. Office has only been opened for 10 minutes when I called and was instantly put on hold. Then I was on hold for 30 minutes saying they are busy with other callers. I call BS because they were only opened for 10 minutes and not a huge multi line system. Therefore, instead of making a simple appointment, I needed to leave a message.

They really care about you and your sobriety, and can keep you on the right track through medication and therapy. Have been clean and sober now for about 13 months thanks too the therapist, doctor, and the nurses. And can't forget about the 2 lovely secretary's that man the front desk. With the right help you can go anywhere in life starting here 🙂

From my experiences the staff have been absolutely wonderful and they should give those people way more money for the type of people that they deal with everyday and the help that they provide I think they get paid way too little so you care if you have any problems any needs that need to be met mentally even with addiction can be met at this place wonderful service wonderful people wonderful staff no bad reviews here I would give it six stars instead of just five

If you wind up here, you have done something bad in a previous life. I would love to see this place SHUT DOWN. Or it needs to be under constant video surveillance to protect the people who are there. They have no sense of human dignity, no comprehension of proper medical care. They have no heart, no soul. Medical school dropouts that are sadists, they enjoy causing pain.

My overall experience with Salus Care was pleasant. The Detox is what it is. It's not meant to be a vacation but they give you the medication necessary to overcome your withdrawls. Some staff members are great other seam like they are there just for a paycheck. The day after detox they set up an appointment for the MAT program. For me the experience was very good. Doctor was nice staff was pleasant and overall have no complaints.
