Cute store but in the multiple times I've gone there, it's been "temporarily closed" until a certain time despite the hours of operation being clearly posted in the store. This happens at all hours of the day (11:00am, 2pm, 4pm) so it doesn't seem reasonable that it would be lunch time. If you have to step out that many times that consistently, you should think about hiring more people to work in the store instead of making your customers way so often. It's unclear if the person running checkout is just taking really long breaks every single day or what the nature

Cute products. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Walked in, browsed for a bit, and wanted to purchase 2 items for my nephew and niece. Sales associate was on the phone the entire time having a great conversation, which was fine. She put down the phone, rung us up. We paid for the items and left the store.
Immediately when we exited the store, my wife felt that she was over charged since the items were on sale. She checked the receipt and she was correct. It happens. We marched right back in to the store

Very nice store. Didn't know they are a chain but the selection is very nice. The price is probably on the higher end for children's clothing but they look significantly better than anything that a large department store could offer. We bought a small coat as a baby gift in the end. Highly recommend.

Some of the salesfolks are great and others are unhelpful and clueless, make mistakes.
The way they handle returns and store credits is terrible.

Had a 68.00 store credit. Used it online as they did have the merchandise.
LSS, they lost my order and I am out 68.00 since I can't prove I had

Possibly the worst customer service experience I've had at any Gap affiliated store. Although I was only 3 days past the return date, the salesperson said she could offer the lowest selling price which turns out to be half what I paid. I recommend others try a different location.

Please do not let the store manager lydia do your transaction because she messed up my return and pawned me off on customer service ..never did she once apologize for her mistake..i have been shopping here awhile now and none of the girls have ever messed up my return but her..i asked her was she new she said new to the store not the company..well sorry if i couldnt tell considering she did not know how to process a return correctly..again never apologized once

Attention to the Manager and Regional Managers: I walked into your store today at about 3:30pm ready and willing to buy an outfit for my son. I was not greeted or acknowledged by the 2 employees and there were maybe 2 other people inside. I overlooked that and proceeded to look for clothes for my 5 years old. First off didn't even seem like there was anything! Then I go to one rack it's a mess! Sizes aren't matching the dividers. So I'm looking at the 5 divider and I see 3-6 months. Love the little boys cloths and the fact that all the pants have adjustable waists. I also really like that they have mostly cotton and comfy cloths that still look dressy. I am a Jehovah’s Witness and dress up my two boys at least 3 times a week and they never complain cause Janie and Jack clothing fits so well and is soft.

Tried to go shopping here this afternoon. First time sign on door said be back at 2:30... no problem got coffee walked around a bit came back. Store still closed this time sign says be back at 3:15. It's 3.13 so no problem will wait a couple minutes. 3:15 comes and goes store remains closed. Toddler starts melting down had to go- couldn't waste anymore time waiting for store associates to open it back up. Won't be returning to this store due to its unreliable hours.

The customer service is great here. Sandra is sweet and energetic. She was helping me find a hat all over the store, in which I ended up buying 4 of them! :) I love their sales rack too - lots of cute clothes for 40+% off, now that's a deal. That's the best time to buy and stock up for your little one since they grow out of clothes so quickly.

For years, I've been purchasing gifts from here for all my friends kids who have birthdays, xmas, etc. The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They even recommend outfits as being a guy I have no clue. So far all of my friends(i think their kids too) are extremely happy with the clothes from here and I will continue to shop here until all their kids grow out of the sizes offered! :)
