I hired Flat Fee to move me from Clifton, nj to Woodridge, ny. They did an awesome job from start to finish. Vanessa and Danny were very helpful setting it up. They showed up on time and got started right away. LAURA was so awesome.. she explained everything in detailed and was very friendly, helpful and courteous. She is definitely an asset to your company.. I'm sure you must know that!! The crew were great and fast and careful with my belongings. They did not charge me extra and stayed within the time frame quoted. I will recommend this company to everyone... you will not be disappointed

DO NOT USE ThIS moving company! They broke 20 of my wine glasses and only want to give me $20 for them! They stocked up heavy boxes on small boxes! They do not know how to move anything! They broke some of my bins which I come to find out my grandmother ( who passed away) china dishes are now broken! They rush out and do not care about how your move goes or if your happy! Do Not use them! You get what you pay for and I learned when moving to spend the extra money! Also our black dining room table chair has white marks across the whole whole chair! Save your self the regret and find someone else

Lizzie, Laura, and her team were absolutely phenomenal. Lizzie was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions before we secured their company for our move. Laura was a superb manager and with her staff moved us in under 3 hours - with travel time (40 minutes) included! No tricks, gimmicks, or extra fees were attached either which is huge in my book. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needed movers!

Great rate, lower than the other companies I researched (I called 10 in total). First time using a moving company, 5th time mover. From Morris Plains to East Rutherford. Laura and the guys were really nice and friendly. Also, SUPER Strong. Thank you for moving me during this heat, I appreciate everything!
I had a glass table tap, they wrapped it nicely, so it was protected. No charge.
I'm a teacher, so the amount of boxes full of books was more than I expected. They handled it with ease.
My bed frame was taken apart and put together right where I wanted it.

A long overdue review about the this great moving company and it’s awesome staff! We used Flat Fee Moving for our out-of-state move and the entire experience from booking to the final box drop was seamless! Lizzie was responsive, helpful and very detailed in all our conversations. The contract was easy to understand and pretty straight forward. We asked for an early start, they delivered on that without an issue. I called FFM on a recommendation from a friend on Facebook. I had a really bad experience 2.5 years ago w/ another moving company and wanted to know that I wasn't going to be scammed for a second time. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I paid. Since the images of my listing was online the owner and I talked through each image and what would be going. I called for a quote and signed up to move on November 30. I called back less than two weeks until the move to see when they would arrive on that day, and to my surprise they had me scheduled for Dec 1. There was, originally, some back and forth on the date during the initial call, but we for sure ultimately settled on 11/30. My girlfriend heard the phone conversation and can confirm.

This company is amazing. Since COVID-19 I thought it would be hard to find movers. This company had movers for me the next day that I called.
I was so happy about that. I highly recommend Flat Fee Moving. They were very professional and friendly. I had a lot of items that were big and several big boxes. They even moved my 90 gallon fish tank. They moved it without any problems. They asked where did I want to move everything when I got to my new home.
I moved about 45 minutes away from where I used to live and they were done in 5 hours and 45 minutes. They were done in lightening fast speed and

Just when you feel that moving is so stressful, Flat Fee Moving company makes it all simple. I was able to contact them and receive a quote almost instantly. Laura and the guys were super professional and made the moving process easy for us. We used them for a commercial move and in the midst of this pandemic they were able to ensure safety before anything.
