Please pack your Laptop or MacBook safely by wrapping it securely in bubble wrap or foam and in a box that is slightly bigger than your laptop. Plan for approximately 2 inches of extra space on top/bottom/all sides. Your packaging needs can be obtained at the parcel service you use to handle your shipping, or USPS office for free.
It is important to take special care of your unit (laptop/MacBook/PC) in order to keep it in good running condition. Keep your drinks away from your computer. Even if your careful, accidents happen. Liquid spills can cause damage to the motherboard and/or other internal parts. This damage can corrupt data and possibly even permanently destroy parts that can render your unit useless.

Excellent Service!!!
My HP 17.3" Laptop Computer got water damage and was suddenly shutdown. It could not be up-running. I brought it to iKnowRepairs later afternoon when most other stores already closed. Sean replied me on the same day, and promised that he would try his best to repair the motherboard. Early next morning, Sean called me and notified me that my laptop was up-running again and ready for me to pick up.
I brought my laptop home, and relied on it to do my job at home. My laptop has 1 USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.1. The one USB 2.0 was found no longer response after the water damage. Fortunately

Huge thank you to Lisa and Sean @iknowrepairs. Customer service was excellent and Sean had my MacBook Pro ready in less than an hour. I called them about a battery replacement on my mac, they did not have it in stock but they quickly ordered and called me when they got it in and swapped the battery in less than hour. I will be referring all friends and family to them.

Excellent service. I had a issue with my laptop and was able to take my laptop into the establishment and get it serviced that same day. The next day I was experiencing issues with my WiFi in my home and took it back to Shawn and he resolved my issue. He also provided free of charge a connector that I used to plug directly into my laptop and modem to increase the speed of my internet. Excellent customer service in a time I needed my laptop because I work from home. He truly cares about his customers and very knowledgeable about electronics. Great job...

I called because I needed my screen fixed on my laptop. It was cracked so it started to give me problems and was very difficult to see. I spoke with Sean, he was very friendly and professional. He ordered a new screen for my laptop and when it arrived, he replaced my crack screen in less than 20 minutes and for a very reasonable price. I am very grateful. Thank you

This is my first review that has earned a full 5 Star! I have only given 3 or 4 stars but this guy Sean is a computer God! My laptop for the first time ever is running better than my car!! Sean and Lisa went above and beyond. I went to three different computer repair shops and the first two were lazy and didn’t give me the necessary attention and thought to find a solution to repair my computer. Sean provided and patient and expert consultation and Lisa was on the ball with keeping me in the loop and taking care of the operational aspects of the business to keeping me satisfied as a customer. As a happy, satisfied customer, iKnowRepairs is deserving of my 5-Star rating. On accident, I spilled coffee onto my laptop. Every place I went, they told me it could not be repaired. And the warranty did not cover the spill. However, I convinced myself to try one more place, after reading the positive Google reviews. They cleaned the PC completely and it is working as before.
