I've been going to Skin Addict about every month for over a year, my mom & I both love their services & have had great experiences with the staff here. Shannon is wonderful, & I've had a very customized skin regimen to help clear my acne, & treat my acne scars. If you are getting a treatment or paying for a monthly membership, it's on YOU to ask questions & understand what you're getting. They'll always tell you! But write it down ;) I've gotten facials, chemical peels, & microneedling here & continue to do so

Absolutely one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life worst customer service communication was horrible originally scheduled for a Saturday morning a nurse called in because of her air-conditioning being out and I was called as I was walking up to their front door to cancel my appointment the girl who called me then put Michelle on the phone to refund my deposit it is now a going on more than two weeks and I still be able to get that deposit back I've called and called and now there's no answer so I'm assuming they have caller ID and see that I am very unhappy!

My family and I absolutely love Skin Addict Studio. We have been clients of Shannon's for over 5 years. The girls at Skin Addict Studio are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I get Microneedling, Lash lifts and dermaplane done. If your looking for a great palce with great people. I highly recommend Skin Addict Studio.

Unfortunately this we are in a time where we are all in a "panic" mode. But frankly we need to realize that life will go on. And most importantly our daily routines also go on as well. Those entail taking care of our bodily hygiene. Jimmy crickets...kinda one of these reasons we got ourselves in to this pickle in the first place...so ladies and gentlemen too...we need to take a good long look in the mirror once those masks come off....because they are reaking havoc on our skin not to mention the stress.

Over the past 3 months I have visited this studio a handful of times. Each time I have been greeted warmly by the receptionist and taken back promptly. During my first phone call Shannon herself spoke with me to better explain the service I was requesting (microneedling). My first visit was exceptional. Shannon listened attentively to my goals for my skin, answered my questions and made recommendations based on my goals and skin type. I came here after finding a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. Walking in the lady at the front desk was working with a customer there seem to be an issue. She told the customer her appointment was at 3:30(mine was at 3) the customer who must have been a usual was clearly irritated so the worker said she would be right back. I then saw them moving the waxing equipment to a different room and called me in. The lady told me they don't usually use that room for waxing and then proceeded to rush through my waxing (which was very painful). She covered me in powder,missed areas and left pieces of wax

Normally I do not write reviews, however I was very impressed with this place! I brought a groupon for a Brazilian wax. I came in not knowing what to expect and what a pleasant surprise, from the beginning to the end. The woman who worked at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) was so helpful with information about the place. She told me about all their services in a friendly way (and without it seeming like a huge marketing speech).

Ummmmm if you are looking for the BEST place to go for all of your skin needs... please do yourself the biggest favor and come to Skin Addict. I called them to book an appointment on a Saturday because I had the worst customer service in the world at a studio I had been going to for years, and Tia answered the phone and got me in the same day. She was kind and very helpful! When I arrived I had Candy as my esthetician for my waxing services and she was PHENOMENAL.
