After 7 years, we were given the opportunity to move our outdoor and nature-inspired gear into Bushwhacker. Out of this transition in 2021, our Opal + Ferne collection was born. Named after Bethany's grandmothers, this collection brings together Bushbaby's importance to nurture our littles whilst adding a sense of handmade whimsy.

This is my favorite place to buy children's clothes and shoes in Peoria and also gifts, cards, and books/activities. The brands include high quality selections, both new and used. I love how this woman-owned business works hard to order sizes and styles based on customer requests from brands like Tea, Merrill, Patagonia, Chaco, North Face, etc. as well as from other small businesses. Drop by and ask for anything you are looking for--they will help!

We love Bushbaby! Bethany is very personable. Always patient and helpful especially when it comes to trying on children’s shoes. She’s gone out of her way to order out of stock items. I always have a difficult time getting my kids out of the store. Our favorite place for quality kid shoes and and outerwear!

Well I had just Curvology where I had the most Wonderful experience shopping and talking with the Sales Woman who Acknowledge me as soon as walked in the door. After I made my purchase at Curvology I decided to go next door to Bushbaby to pick something's up for my grandchildren. I walked in the Sales Woman was having full on conversation with a customer, after a minute or so she acknowledge the fact that I was the and continued on having a Full One On On Conversation With The Customer Never Asking Me If She Could Help With Anything. After 10 minutes I decided to leave Since I Was Being Treated

High quality clothes are worth the price here. There always seems to be some sort of sale going on, just ask. They have a great selection of winter boots and summer sandals. We got my daughter her winter Bogs here and just purchased a pair of Merrell Hydro sandals. We've gotten keens here in the past. Glad for their selection because the Merrell's fit my daughter perfectly!

Entered this store in search of jackets, sweaters, socks and shoes to prepare our waddler for the coming cold months. Left very satisfied with an armful of quality children's wear. This is a great little local establishment that will satisfy the Granola Moms in the Peoria area. Sales and deep discounts are frequently offered on the various items in the store. Friendly and inviting staff. We will be returning to this store as our little one grows!
