Income from sales of property-original cost and cost of improvements, escrow closing statement, cancelled debt information (form 1099-C). Prior year installment sale information-forms 6252, principal and Interest collected during the year, SSN and address of payer.

I wanted to have a positive experience with them - opting to choose this company, however I was sorely disappointed. The young man who was initially doing my return didn't communicate well and needed assistance throughout - he never filed taxes for someone with stock, according to his own statement. It took an incredibly long period of time and the intent was to charge me over $900. I did not receive professional or qualified service and felt like I was not taken seriously as a customer. I was willing to pay for the time to enter, and still felt robbed for what I paid for my taxes NOT to be filed

Needed to have a notary witness a signature. State law says max charge is $6 but don't why they quoted me $20. Went somewhere else where they charged me the correct amount.

Would be more than happy to share the screen shot off when I called which shows your number, the date, time of day along with the amount of time I was on the phone. Now it’s completely understandable if someone misquoted me but to insinuate that I am lying without first asking questions really leaves a lot to be said
