Founded in 2012, Texas Psychological and Consultation Services (TPACS) is a specialized psychological and mental healthcare practice serving areas across the State of Texas. For over a decade, we have maintained a strong presence throughout Texas, with practice locations in San Antonio, the Rio Grande Valley (Harlingen, McAllen, and Brownsville), Laredo, El Paso, and Houston.
Our mission has been to bring the highest quality of psychological and behavioral health care to underserved children and families in Texas. That has allowed us to expand and touch the lives of more children in areas across the State. We are particularly proud to have had the opportunity to provide thousands of children and families with Spanish-language, culturally-competent services.

At Texas Psychological & Consultation Services, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of professional and therapeutic care. Psychological Services, unlike other healthcare practices, the patient's physical environment has a significant impact on the healing process. TPACS understands the importance of providing patients with a warm, friendly and familiar atmosphere. We are centrally located in San Antonio with plenty of off-street parking.
Texas Psychological and Consultation Services (TPACS) understands the importance of providing patients with a warm, friendly and familiar atmosphere. Our Laredo office is located in the northern side of Laredo approximately 2 miles northeast of the Laredo International Airport. Our office is surrounded by several hotels and restaurants.
We spend 12 to 18 hours to complete psychological testing to give us a comprehensive understanding of your child. We are financially independent of schools, and we can say what your child really needs without any budgetary pressure. Our evaluators do not have conflicts of interest (e.g., not employed by school, not on school boards, etc.).
Whether a child is inattentive, anxious, sad or struggling to learn, parents may feel unsure of the best ways to help. Through psychological assessment and educational support, we guide parents in a compassionate way to a better understanding of the issues and effective solutions. We also specialize in psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults.
