They are very professional and did a great job on oir window tint. They also insralled our intoxalock system and the manager was great at explaining evrrything and actually making sure all questions were answered at the tome of service. Would recomend to ANYONE!

I had a company car that Mr. Tintz installed tint on. They are refusing to honor their warranty. I have a car that has the rear tint come loose from the glass. The person that answered to phone asked me what I used to clean the car's windows, it is not my car but used the generic term of Windex. He said my warranty is voided. I was NOT told to not use Windex to clean the windows when I picked up the employee's car for him. I have had several cars tinted here, not any more. I tried to ask more questions and the person on the phone kept talking over me, which frustrated me since I could

This was the worst experience we where told it would take a hour and a half we sat here for 3 hours. Terrible customer service. And told we may seem have bubbles on back window. The guy behind the counter wanted to argue that I was ten minutes late for my appointment and that caused it to take a extra hour and a half besides the technician messing up the first time and crinkling it. In the meantime waiting their was another customer that the guy charged double and argued with her that no he didn't but she had it showing 2 completed transactions. All in all terrible service and very unprofessional

Got my windshield for my motorcycle tinted.. been about 3weeks now an I still have bubbles in tint. Was told they will dry out eventually, but never heard of tint being on a drying process of weeks.. Got a two piece tint line down the windshield which I’m ok with, but for $160 at least put some afford in it an make it a straight line less bubbles.. I feel like I got got for real... mess up

I LOVE the tint job on my SUV. The owner is SUPER nice and very accommodating. I called just Monday to see about price and availability. He offered me to do it on New Year's Day. So awesome because I had the day off. He was super knowledgeable about factory tinted glass. My vehicle looks so hot. Can't wait to go back and get my tail lights tinted!

Great, fast service. I called at 3pm for an estimate and by 4:30 I was on the road. Wasn't expecting same day service, but they accommodated! Tint looks great. They did a great job of educating me on the post tint process and how long I need to let things cure. I would recommend Mr. Tintz to anyone looking for reasonable price, good workmanship and fast service. I'm confident that the tint will last for many years, but to ensure this they provide a 1-year labor warranty and a lifetime guarantee against bubbling and peeling.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Back in 2013 I brought my 2013 vw Jetta to get the Windows tinted. It is now 2016 and the tint is basically non-existent. Although they give it a "Lifetime Warranty," it is a joke. They will find any excuse to blame you for the problems that occur. When I went in I spoke to Louis (an extremely rude receptionist) that told me he would strip the previously installed tint and barge me the full amount to get the tint installed again. If you enjoy replacing your tint every 2 or so years this is the best option for you. If you are looking for a friendly services staff along

I had the front windows of my 2011 Silverado tinted they did a wonderful job. I walked in during the day and they fit me that very moment. 45 mins later they were done and I was on my way. The quality was amazing, I have had a lot of windows tinted over the years by other companies and most of the time I can find some flaws such as dirt trapped between the glass and tint. With mr Tint I see nothing between the surfaces. Also the staff was friendly and was appreciated my business.

If any of you have read my other reviews (stay with me, I like to believe I have a Yelp following and this is like a weekly column for me...) you know I recently purchased a new car. As I slid behind the wheel of my recently purchased 2015 Grand Cherokee, I'm certain I had the same thought as all owners who buy these vehicles in the summer... 3 years later and my back window (only) is bubbling like a motha. I am now putting their "lifetime warranty" to the test. I will update after I call to get it inspected (and hopefully replaced!!!)

The tint looks great! He said the year I got tinted there was some problems with the product, so I hope this will hold up longer.** Also, I did save my warranty paperwork and receipt so that helped expedite things
