Danaya's passion for beauty, art and fashion influenced her life's path from a very early age. She has been in makeup industry for over 16 years. Danaya is a certified Makeup Artist who takes pride, in making women feel and look beautiful. While working in several prestige salons, she decided to fully commit and work for her clients outside of the salon's.
Choose cooler red tones with a bit of blue if you have pink in your skin or super fair-skinned. A warmer orange red tone works best olive-skinned women. Makeup is magical. I work concierge at a hotel here in Rockville and had Danaya do make-up for my fiancée for her bachelorette party. Her services are nice, although I would say her make-up is definitely more catered towards natural, subtle looks. Pleasing but doesn’t have the WOW factor. If you’re looking for a really glam, bold, or dramatic cut crease kind of appearance..I would advise you to go elsewhere.

I hired Danaya to do my make up and 7 of my guests for a dinner celebration and she was amazing. She was very professional and really tailored the make up to the person in front of her. Danaya did makeup for all 7 bridesmaids, my mom and mother of the groom. My makeup was done by my cousin who could only do me so I wanted to hire someone great for everyone else and I succeeded! Everyone loved their makeup and they loved that eyelashes were included! She was very responsive throughout the whole planning process and is very accommodating and comes to you on the wedding day. She also recommended a hair stylist as she only does makeup. We ended up using her recommendation and loved her as well! Thank you so much Danaya!

Danaya is amazing! She’s fast and efficient and my makeup was *flawless*. I got compliments all night during my wedding and it stayed put for over 12 hours, even in 85 degree weather in the direct sun! Her prices are affordable and her work is impeccable. Danaya did my make-up for my Birthday/Halloween party and did an amazing job! She has such a great attitude and cares about her work. Her studio space was open and welcoming and was "COVID friendly with hand sanitizer available. She also had a mask on while doing my make-up. I would highly recommend her for any make-up job from weddings to special effects and look forward to working with her again :)

Danaya did my makeup as part of a wedding party. She brought great energy even during early hours and overall was a pleasure to work with. She was also nice to chat with as she did my make-up.
My makeup repertoire is essentially liquid eyeliner so I kind of just deferred to her. The look turned out really nice in the pictures and even made me think perhaps I should try to fill in my brows.
I would definitely give Danaya a try if you're considering her for makeup.
