Our longtime physician assistant Bill Edelman earned the nickname "BOTOX Bill" through his dedication to mastering the craft of cosmetic injectable treatments, including dermal fillers in addition to BOTOX Cosmetic. Bill Edelman, PA-C graduated as a Surgical Physician Assistant from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, one of the few such schools in the country, and joined our staff in 1998. Do your research people, this doctor is only here to make money. If dr burden messes up, he will tell you he will fix it no problem but expects you pay. Why pay if someone messes up? Worst decision of my life was trusting him with surgery at an early age. There are thousands of better doctors out there, please please please do your research before trusting someone to cut your body open because you will suffer and deal with the choice the rest of your life.

A friend of mine had surgery done by Dr. Burden and the results are amazing! She looks 20 years younger!! Dr. Burden takes a personal interest in his patients and explains his procedure and expected results in detail. A great sense of humor and personality that puts you at ease immediately. Doc B has lost his once-magical touch. My brow lift is an epic fail. When I pointed out his failings his answer was "just come get botox from botox Bill". The whole reason I got a brow lift in the first place was to avoid having to get botox every 2 months!!

I am originally from Panama City, FL but recently moved to Houston TX. After reviewing many doctors in Houston and in Florida I knew Dr. Burden was my best option. The staff is the friendliest staff that has ever taken care of me. Everyone in the office truly cares for your needs and does whatever they can to achieve that. Having the surgery center included made me feel safer and it was extremely clean. I got a breast augmentation done and Dr.Burden made me feel very comfortable and he is the most trustworthy doctor. If any one wants to get a breast augmentation I highly advise you to use Dr.Burden

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Burden and Destin Plastic Surgery. I went in for a breast reduction this spring and he truly listened to me during the consultation. The two of us, together, made the decision on how much I wanted to reduce. He and his staff patiently answered my questions...... and I had a bunch of them. On the day of surgery, things went very smoothly. I know it is different for each person, but I really didn't experience any pain. I was back to normal activities in 3 to 4 weeks. I had a fantastic experience using Dr. Burden for my surgery. I had lost 160 lbs and had a large bit of excess skin that needed corrected. Dr. Burden explained everything up front and answered any questions I had. He also helped me to understand what to expect from the surgery to ensure my expectations were realistic before I did anything. I had also asked about multiple procedures and he strongly recommended NOT trying to do too much at one time. I understood this much better after my first procedure. So based on my experience I would highly recommend Dr. Burden to anyone considering this type

Dr. Ennis and the team at Destin Plastic Surgery are true professionals! I was very happy with my experience there. Bill also did a great job with with Botox and filler. I plan to go back for some laser skin treatments and possible blepharoplasty. Dr. Ennis performed rhinoplasty on me over a year ago and I am very pleased with the results! The entire experience was virtually painless and I have referred many friends to him!

On 5/12/2016 I had a full tummy tuck with liposuction of the back and flanks. I just had my before and after pictures completed this week and I am completely astonished at my results. Dr. Burden was a wealth of knowledge regarding what procedures I needed to meet my expectations. I got a breast augmentation in August of 2015 by Dr Burden. I am 24 and have always wanted the procedure and would do it again. I finally got the courage and money up and went where my best friend recommended. Her results are still so gorgeous after six years. (She used Dr. Ennis)
I live about an hour and half away to the East, and it is truly a beautiful ride out to the surgery center. If you go in the summer, expect a little traffic because the beach town of Destin is a beautiful gem in its-self. Every step of the process was prompt and efficient. His staff was courteous and very knowledgable

I've worked hard for the past 2 years to diet and exercise. I hired a trainer and was set up on a meal plan. Things were getting in shape and finally after those 2 years my trainer made it clear to me that he could keep pushing me to the max but the belly weight and hips were not going to go away. Worst idea I ever had. In 2011 Dr. Burden performed my breast augmentation, he was quick to get you in, take your money and run. I didn't even turn out to be the size I wanted AND one breast it noticeably larger than the other. When I brought it to his attention ( him knowing I was moving in 6 weeks) he said oh when the swelling went down it would even out WRONG! Save your money.
