Pharmacy is timely on my automatic prescription refills and are always there to answer my questions. They care about their customers. I get all my injections there, and they maintain my injection records.

Walter the pharmacist and owner switched our prescriptions to rite aid along with all the rest of his customers and closed his pharmacy without any formal notification. I saw him 2 days before he closed and he said nothing about closing his store. We supported his pharmacy because he sold us about being all about the community.

Husband ran out of medication and due to a special situation, his doctor was no longer available. His new doctor was too overwhelmed with cases that he could not respond to our calls at all. Tried to call our primary pharmacy (a chain one) for help but they were too busy to care. I must have made at least 10 calls to different parties for 2 hours straight with no avail.

I had the pleasure of going into this pharmacy (Green Vally) that has been next door to my general physician Dr. Chu Le. for some years and never utilized them. I couldn't get my prescription filled by my big chain pharmacy and surrounding pharmacy,, so,, My Dr.s office offered to have my prescription filled at Green Valley pharmacy and I said yes. I am new to using this pharmacy but have been more than pleased with my experience every single time. Due to Covid (or maybe this was an option before, I really don't know) they have been able to mail my prescriptions to me for only $5. During a national pandemic, this is such a great offer! When I've had questions about my prescription the pharmacist took the time to come over and explain things to me in a way where I did not feel like I was a burden. Had many problems receiving my and my family’s medications and the Pharmacist was so very helpful, kind and considerate. Went out of his way to get everything put in place. Then contacted me through the entire process to update me. Wow! You don’t get that kind of service at other pharmacies. It’s a bit of a drive for me but for this kind of service it’s worth it. Seriously try this Pharmacy I think we will all be happier.

I was using a different pharmacy but that Pharmacy went out of business. The previous pharmacy suggested this Pharmacy . I am glad they did. I am very happy with this pharmacy. The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The big pharmacy's are always to busy so there are long lines and long wait times even if there isnt a line. And the employees at the big pharmacy are always stressed out and dont take the time with customers. Green Valley is my pharmacy from now on.

Leave those other Pharmacies and come here! They treat you like family and are always communicating and understanding! They are very knowledgeable and always have what you need! I love Everyone at Green Valley Pharmacy and appreciate the whole team! They aren't open on weekends which sometimes is difficult but they will always make sure to accommodate you as their patient you won't be disappointed! Thank you guys!
