I had previously worked with Shawn and his team before switching to another company to help a friend get clients. After a few years I came back to Shawn and was able to save so much. I was paying $180 a month for full coverage. Shawn and his team were able to get me down to $60 a month for the exact same coverage. Talk about savings. They were helpful and answered all of my questions promptly. They even gave me quotes for new vehicles within minutes when I was looking at potentially trading in my car. HORRIBLE!!! They mess accounts up. Apply payments to wrong vehicle, don’t return calls, tell you you cannot change agents, get upset with you when you file formal complaint on office for not knowing how to attach documents to emails, the list goes on and on! Do not recommend this office for anything!!

We have been with State Farm for many, many years. They are efficient, professional and take time to answer our questions. We have our cars, house and umbrella policies with State Farm.
