Never have had a returned call yet. I did catch the manufacturing manager and asked when my order would be ready. I was told in two weeks at the end of September. I specifically ask about the supply chain issues around the chrome wheels and was told no issue. I set up the build at Genes Gallery for the second week of October with the Production Managers blessing.
Genes Gallery and I have been calling trying to find out what is going on. Seven calls and Genes received an email stating the materials will not be available until late November. The wheels will not available until then.

I've had the TMW conversion for about 1 year. All of the positive things about the ride, braking..etc, I've found to be accurate. My frustration and reason for this post is to make others aware of my experience. One of the 1st impressions I had with the ride was the vibration in the fenders, even when the road was smooth. It got progressively worse over the months that I contacted TMW. The wanted the fenders and replaced the brackets and fenders with much thicker/heavier ones. Inside the fenders there was clear evidence of both front tires being rubbed, skuffed, due to the fender vibration. One
