Our pricing is based on your static water level so we know where to best position the Simple Pump cylinder. The static water level is the stable water level in your well when you are not pumping and haven't pumped recently. This is measured from the ground level down.

Run away from this company you have been warned!!! The Simple Pump company engages in actual criminal business practices. At first, I believed it was only one of their authorized dealers that was lacking in basic integrity and breaking the law to scam me (we placed an order and he tried to charge us approximately double the advertised price!!! Where we live this is called double ticketing and highly illegal) but after I brought it to the company's attention (right up to the owner Steve Schmid) they did not even offer an apology let alone proceeding to follow the law but instead acknowledged he
