I had severe migraines once every two weeks for eight years, and after treatment I have only had about three migraines total in several months. I had 2 bulging disks in my lower spine from playing volleyball beginning in March of 2009, which kept me from playing and working out with the team.

Dr. Meredith's chiropractic journey truly began when she was 14 years old, as a highly recruited high school athlete in pain. Even taking 16 Advil a day just to step on the volleyball court, she struggled and played through the pain. Her parents learned of the side effects of anti-inflammatory drugs and took her to a chiropractor in order to find a better solution.
A little bit about me: I was born in Huntsville, AL. I went to Harding University in a small town named Searcy, AR. There I also met my amazing husband. I've always had a love for learning. I always strive to be the best person I can be. I am Webster Certified, and I hope to pursue the ICPA complete certification to help as many people as I can.
