I've never had to call for emergency glass repair before, but when my 4 year old managed to smash the front door window as we left the house this morning, that's the situation I found myself in! It was about 8:30am and they arrived within half an hour to take a look at the door. Luckily for me they had a piece of glass that was suitable with them, so they did the job then and there. It was all done (and tidied up) within the hour, to a very high standard, and for a reasonable price. Highly recommended, and thanks!

I called 1st Call Glass after the driver side door glass on my Honda CRV was shattered. They were courteous and professional keeping me informed of the timeline as my replacement window was special ordered. When my glass arrived they came out and did a quick and clean job of replacement. I would recommend them to antone in Kerrville or Fredericksburg Texas.

1st call responded to my call, and ordered the window glass right away.
He scheduled an appointment, and was on time. He provided mobile service, and was prompt and flexible in scheduling.
I had broken glass everywhere. He removed the broken stuff, vacuumed it up, and swept the driveway. Installation was smooth, and quick.
I hope I don't need to, but I would call 1st Call again.

I'd have to commend Robert for the support, he was able to get me taken care of even when his shop was closed on a Saturday. Long story short, we were driving from California to Texas when the glass to the sunroof shattered, it must have been debris that hit it. My wife called the insurance company and filed a claim, and we were able to get a repair down at one of our planned stops. Robert remained flexible and kept me up to date on the status on a rush part that had to be sent out to him. He was also able to complete the repair, while delaying the remainder of the trip. Would definitely recommend

My windshield looks nice. It was affordable. It was done in a timely manner. However, I'm currently sitting at the mechanic shop because my windshield wipers were ruined in the process of replacing my windshield. 1st Call would not admit their fault and I am now having to spend even more unnecessary money on my car. Will not be returning for future services due to dishonesty.
