Responsive communication. Fair, up-front price estimate.
I had a rats-nest of old cat-5 wiring in my home, and he was able to tone them out, and get them connected to my existing network. Now I have wired ethernet in every room, and my Wireless Mesh improved in speed by 100% (due to additional wired connections)

I was having a problem with my telephone calls. Interruptions and dead spots and sometimes a dropped call. I didn't know whether it was the telephone equipment or the land line that was causing the problem. Luis came out to diagnose the problem and told me it was the equipment. I went out and purchased and installed new equipment BUT STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM!! What a waste of money!
