Nelson Glass replaced a window in my bathroom. Honestly...perfection from start to finish. The glass is an upgrade because of William, Joey and Dan's expertise in installation! I was concerned because I did not have any replacement tiles. They installed without any sign that it was a new piece of glass. The team of three was amazing and I believe actually left the site cleaner than it was. I am beyond thrilled with William, Joey and Dan and Nelson Glass! I would highly recomment!!!

Office lady hung up the phone on me. Offered only one appointment time before saying I wasn't trying to let them do the work. Came out to my house 5 hours before the scheduled time. Broke a window and left it completely uncovered for hours while they left the house for my pets to escape and our cooling bill to increase. Avoid if at all possible.

Left my review earlier describing our initial issues that have now been resolved. The guys came and installed the trim and repaired the back Arcadia door frame. They seemed cool and understanding of the issues. I have updated this review from 1 star to 4, the only negative aspect of this would be the missed appointments and rescheduling we had. Not sure if that was due to miscommunications or what, but it's fixed now. Hopefully the next time we can just get solid dates for schedules.

I am unhappy with their service.
35x47" peice of untempered class w polished edges ordered.
1. I asked them to confirm by measuring the correct measurment on my peice before I came out to pick it up and they did not want to do it. They said it was labelled with those measurements.
2 The glass comes completely open with nothing covering it and it is dirty.
3. Once home and cleaned there were scratches on it.
4. There remedy was to bring it back and they could try to repair it or would have to order new one.
5. I explained the difficulties of bringing it back in the Kia Soul I picked it up

Nelson glass was so professional. I just moved to the area , they came out assessed my windows, had a quote for me the next day and it was well below other quotes I had been given. The job was seamless and done in about two weeks. There is nothing rude about this company, from office to the men that came out they were great. I highly recommend this company.

While I did not ultimately have this company do work on my home I did have them give me a quote and I spent a good amount of time talking with several of their employees. I want to specifically call out Carol who worked with me over the phone and personally saw to it that I received everything I needed. Their employees were professional, not pushy, and made sure I understood the details of the products available. For the record, I did not end up working with them because I learned I had a warranty for the glass under the original installer which made the repairs free. I would recommend Nelson Glass

Recently ordered a large custom frameless glass shower panel for our master bathroom. I ordered the glass on Friday afternoon and it arrived the following week.
Before I ordered from Nelson Glass, I received four quotes. Nelson's price was fair, but to be honest, I was impressed by Nelson's technician, Ashur. He was patient and thorough, answered all of my questions, made suggestions and shared photos of other installations he'd recently completed. When the office called back with the pricing, Stephanie was 100% in sync with what we'd discussed. Communication was excellent

AMAZING COMPANY! I've dealt with many industrial companies during my life, professionally and personally. This place ROCKS! My window broke in my home - decent sized window actually. Had to tape it up so it didn't fall to pieces on anyone, especially my son.
Called 5 different places, spoke to 3 of 5, 2 of those 3 quoted my window the same but never followed up or "Asked for my Business" - didn't seem to care.
However, Nelson Glass expressed interest in earning my business, and they're a LOCAL BUSINESS (support local, people!) - they quoted my window just under the other two, but followed up
