Loretta is amazing to work with. She is very responsive to inquiries and goes the extra mile. She paid close attention to the needs and desires in my home search and helped evaluate houses before we saw them to ensure that we weren’t wasting our time on homes that we wouldn’t consider buying. We have purchased a home with her and sold one. I strongly recommend Loretta. I really appreciated her ability to walk into a house and recognize what would need updating and her ability to give an estimate of cost of repairs so that I would know what I was getting into.

Loretta made the intimidating process of buying our first home fun and easy. She took the time to sit down with us and discuss all the details and made us feel more comfortable and prepared. It sticks with me how fortunate I and then my future wife became when I emailed about a house I was interested in way back on 2014.
