The adult communities of Silver Ridge Park and Holiday City are located in Berkeley Township, Ocean County, just a short distance from Exit 82A of the Garden State Parkway. Community Medical Center, Health South Rehabilitation Hospital, along with numerous physicians, diagnostic testing centers and laboratories are within one mile, providing state of the art medical services.
Located in Berkeley Township at One Fort De Fance Ave, situated within the 55+ communities of Silver Ridge and Holiday City. We are an independently family owned and operated agency providing a positive environment, with limitless possibilities. The adult communities of Silver Ridge Park consist of four separate communities, each with its own homeowner association and amenities. Each community has a clubhouse with numerous activities, and each provides bus service to local shopping areas. Silver Ridge Park Westerly and Silver Ridge Park North have in-ground pools at their clubhouses.
Holiday City consists of five separate communities, each with its own homeowner association and amenities. Fees range from $90 to $120 per quarter, and include the following: full use of clubhouse facilities and pool, grass cutting, snow removal (except Holiday City Berkeley, which does not provide snow removal), and bus service to local shopping areas.

I would never recommend this reality
They do not follow up nor they care about finding you a place
They lie to your face and if someone else comes Long your history and out a place to live
This has been an on going Battle, if your in need of a place, your out of luck, $$ is all there interest in not your Credit score or anything
I have been through 2 resltets, both are not worth thee salt
Beware if you need a place ASAP, they don't care
They will hamstring you over some one else
