St Francis Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
I love making a positive impact for the residents and families that we serve every day. I love fulfilling our mission responding to those in need with programs that heal, comfort and empower. St. Francis is more of a home rather than a facility to our residents. Each and every team member of the medical staff treats our residents with compassion, dignity and respect.

They are dedicated to serve our community with their best, always with a smile on their faces. Working with residents, the team of both staff and managers, the challenges of problem solving and improving our facility as a whole is as difficult as it is rewarding. The thing I love the most about my job is the interactions I get to have with the residents and families.

Having worked at St. Francis, I can truly attest to the ethical and moral standards under which the staff
are trained and execute their duties. The facility maintains a family spirit in which staff and residents have the same goal of contributing to the physical and spiritual well being of its population. The administration encourages all staff to present any if their concerns in a relaxed atmosphere.

This facility truly has the most amazing, caring, and compassionate staff. They go above and beyond to make it feel like home and it really does make a difference. A special “thank you” to a wonderful nurse, the DON Ms. Asiah, for taking the time to answer our questions and putting us all at ease throughout this entire process.

St. Francis is a special facility where you are treated with dignity and respect. I have had several family members live there and was very satisfied with the care they received.

My mom, Jeannette, is very happy where she is today and I am happy for her! Very relieved that we were able to secure a spot and get her the 24/7 care that she needs. And that we were able to do this during Covid. The nurses, maintenance staff, kitchen staff and Administration are wonderful and very helpful. Mom is always clean and neat and looks well cared for and greets me with a smile. The nicest thing to see is when she is greeted by staff; they are sooooo loving towards her. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. I would recommend this care for anyone who needs 24/7 care.

Don't go to live or work here, they only care about your money and not about the residents and the management is terrible

The team at St. Francis is lovely. They take excellent care of residents and treat them like their own family. I'm so grateful for their dedication and wonderful care of my grandma.

They have workers testing positive for covid and aren't doing anything for the employees. Not telling them to stay home and only have 3 aids on staff today for 60 patients . Unacceptable. The state needs to come in

Tried really hard to get hired on there and finally succeeded. Felt doomed from the started but pushed forward through the training period although the lna I was training with couldn't even handle there own list. Finally orientation was over and from there on dealt with lna complaint after lna complaint until coworkers successfully got me fired for things I didn't do. They are very much against new help although they beg for it. If you want a stable job and not to worry every day if your going to be pulled into the office then this job isn't for you. Drama is through the roof even worse then genesis

Used to work for these guys. Extremely toxic bosses, didn't seem to care about the residents very much either. (Except the nurses, those guys were awesome.)
