After being denied by a lender for a cash out refinance on one of my rental properties, I remember that I had saved KC investors in my Google. So I decided to give them a try and I'm so happy I did. Rex and Brooke are amazing. Very responsive, always. Let me know what was going on, if they needed any paperwork etc. But the thing that really stood out to me the most compared to working with other lenders is they were able to tell me since the beginning whether my cash out refinance would be approved or not. If there is one thing I absolutely hate is having my time wasted. So having this reassurance

I recently worked with KC Investor Funding to re-finance my rental properties. Rex and his team are superb. Great to work with! We have tried other Hard Money lenders with fees all over the place, extension fees, double interest, etc and you don't find out about it until closing! It eats up your profit. Rex is fantastic to work with as a lender. A true partner in business. Super responsive. Goes to bat for his clients. We had a very challenging closing with a seller. It was taking forever. At the last minute (pre-COVID19) the lender adjusted the amount of the loan and wouldn’t accept our updated appraisal. Rex went out of his way to fight for us. We weren’t able to get as much money as originally expected but Rex did help us out with reducing his fee some. I just closed on a property I am going to fix and flip, and had another lender who said they couldn't fund the deal about a week before we were supposed to close. I called Hard Money Lenders of KC and they were so easy to work with, and they were able to provide funding and close within a week.
