I give order and paid full.
They take wrong measures and they put short classes,I was able to see outside from the edge the glasses ,rain was coming in,schedule again .Make 6-7 months.
They say sorry order and measure again and ,his worker was making replacement he did broke windows....schedule again 4-5 months.
They take all windows measures again make corrections size replacement promises ,not make any broke my house.
One day ,After 2-3 months ,I was not home they came my home and they said make some work .
They said we are done all work .
Today I checked again ,most my old windows screens

This business is run very poorly. I’ll never use them. Sent a guy out to give bid. He had no clue what he was doing. The owner had to come out and we still didn’t get what we want. Told us one thing and when it came time to do the job he didn’t want to do it the way we talked about. So I had to hire Horizon Glass to do the job the way I wanted it.

Ordered a custom glass shower enclosure in March. There were multiple issues. Glass tech brought the wrong piece out 3 times. Shower leaked. Caulking had to be redone. Now entire shower shakes when opening the door. Needed bar for support. They ordered wrong one. Now telling us it is unavailable in the finish we chose. One problem after another. Poor communication. We paid the balance pending the bar they assured us they had in stock, and now it is unavailable. Bad experience all around. It is now June and the job is not complete.

I was very happy with my experience. I had an unusual issue with a window that would not close properly due to poor installation (not installed by Glass Tech). The crew worked for over an hour to get it working properly without having to uninstall and reinstall. Saved me time, Hassel and money. I appreciate their hard work and professionalism. They even cleaned up their mess. I definitely recommend! 😁

I had a special request for my sewing machine cabinet. I went to Glass Tech and they helped me out with the project and the service was unmatched. I was very pleased with the cutting project. The time frame was within 2 hours. I will recommend Glass Tech to all that need anything done. Awesome guys.....

We built a house and had no idea what a problem it would be to find someone to install shower doors that I loved but had ordered online. Called multiple glass places in Lubbock including one of the alleged best, Burch, who treated us horribly. Was at my wit’s end and called Glass Tech who had someone out to measure and assess within a couple of days and were happy to install the doors. They worked around my work schedule, and the team that came out, Nathan and Andrew, were SO NICE and helpful. They texted me throughout the process because I couldn’t be there and did an amazing job. They closed
