We work closely with all of our customers, from residential home owners to architects, to meet their needs throughout the process. We understand that building a new home is an exciting but sometimes overwhelming process.
One of the questions we get most frequently from people contacting us about new jobs is, "What will it cost to build my new home / addition / kitchen, etc.?" It's an understandable first question - you need to know what things are going to cost so that you can determine what you can afford - but answering the question without knowing what exactly you'd like to build and what your existing site conditions are, is difficult for any contractor.
Working with Russ and the entire Sterling team was easy and natural, so much so that we handed him a set of keys at our first meeting. Russ did an amazing job of hearing and understanding our vision, goals and budget and communicating every detail in our contract. We stayed on time and on budget, which was not an easy task.
