Natalie is a true professional. Always so punctual. I've been with her for 8+ years now, but my old guy would have us waiting for 3-4 hours at times, always overbooked. She is so refreshing and she gets better results. Love her and her team...they rock!

We decided to do our taxes with Natalie after 20 years of doing our taxes with the same person, a family friend. Needless to say, we were hesitant at first. What have we been missing all these years! Natalie and her team combine good value, professionalism, efficiency and responsiveness. No matter how small or large your finances are, she advises on tax strategies specific to your situation. We know we have found the right accountant for our family and won't be going back to our old accountant.

Natalie is great, she really takes the time to explain and educate you so that you truly understand why things have to be filed a certain way. Natalie and staff are fantastic!!! I met Natalie a few years ago via a mutual friend who turned me onto her expertise. When I first went to Natalie my finances were a sloppy mess! Natalie is patient and not only detailed everything she was doing, she also educated and provided guidance regarding how to best move forward. Natalie is diligent but fast and prompt. Natalie is the best! We started going to her a couple years ago. She is always available, is extremely helpful, and has always done by right by us. We have recommended her to so many. We won't let anyone else touch our taxes. How often can you say you actually look forward to seeing your tax preparer, want to catch up, and can leave always breathing a sigh of relief. Cannot say enough about her. If you want your taxes done right, a refund on time, and someone who will be there all year long to answer any questions you may have, Natalie is your person.

I made an appointment online and on the day of was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I'm a repeat customer so all my info was on file--your time may be a little longer!
We had a great chat catching up on the years doings and all of sudden my worry of owing taxes turned to elation as she announced I was getting a refund! A couple minutes later everything was printed and filed and I was on my way!

Natalie is a scammer! I'm positive most of these reviews are either fake accounts or people that she knows. Natalie put one number on my taxes and stole the remainder of the money! When I contacted her, she sent the difference via Zelle because she knew she was caught! STAY AWAY. I guess we looked young and naive and thought we wouldn't find out what she did!

Natalie is an energetic and driven tax professional. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Parking is a breeze. Finding her office wasn't an issue. What truly impressed me about her was her ability to do all my taxes in the 15 minute first appointment we had AND give me a number of my expected refund. I did come 90% prepared with my paperwork. She scanned what she needed as we went. Out of the two accountants I have worked with in my life she has been the best yet. I highly recommend her.

Been using Turbo Tax for the last 4 years. But last year there was a problem with my federal return so I decided to have a professional do them this year. I decided to give TaxGuru a try, which I'm glad I did, they help me file my 2018 federal and state no problem. I was so happy with the results, that I came back a few weeks later to see if they could help file my 2017 federal return. Sure enough they were able to e file it and help me. Only minor issues I had was I was charged more to file my 2017 federal return not including 2017 state since I had already done it the year before. Compared

2019.. Everyone is getting hit hard with taxes this year.. Yeah I get it.. We came out a tad ahead thanks to Natalie. She steered us right in 2018 although she and we did not know what the new tax law was going to do. Dems or repubs.. I dont care as long as the taxes work for me not against me. Natalie helps and her suggestions are worth their weight. I do not think our tax situation could be the same with out her. She is smart thought full and she genuinely cares. She takes her time with us and I can honestly a test to her results. We are not millionaires so advice.. Particularly free advice is

Having different sources of income was problematic using Turbo Tax's software. Turbo Tax isn't free as an independent contractor anyway. My tax advisor of 15+ years decided to abruptly retire this year, so it left me in a bad spot, after being unable to contact him for 3+ months.
Anyway, I turned to my always dependable "Yelp" and it didn't let me down. Tax Guru was rated a 5-star with no negative comments, so I gave it try. Even though it was late in the tax season, Natalie was able to take me on as a new client. She was very thorough asking questions about deductions that I wasn't even aware of, nice clean office, a little further away from me that I would like, but who cares if you need to drive 45 mins

I was so impressed with the excellent service that was extended to me from the TaxGuru. I would recommended the TaxGuru to anyone. If you want your taxes to be done correctly. Then I would strongly suggest you have your taxes done by no other than TaxGuru. She is very knowledgeable I can assure you.
