My 5 year old laptop screen just went black. I dropped it off Sunday for a diagnostic and the problem was with the software. They promptly called me Monday and clearly explained the problem and the cost to fix it. It was ready Monday afternoon for pick up. Fast, efficient and fair company to deal with. Highly trust their work ethics!!!!

Thank Goodness there are still local merchants to turn to, so we can leave those big box stores behind, and get the personal service we need. That is what I got at Cyber Knight Computers. Mike was so easy to work with, talk to, and relate to, that it felt like I was with someone who really cared about MY NEEDS for a change, not what "corporate" was looking for.
For all your computer needs - large or small - I can not imagine anywhare else to go except Cyber Knight Computers. I'm loving the laptop I bought there.
