Great reliable service. We had unfortunate event on the last day of the year. And A1 Septic saved the day. On Dec 30 I contacted Leslie over email because it was 11pm already. She got back to me the same night and we scheduled appointment for the next day.

Just wanted to give a shout out to A1 Septic Services! Excellent, professional, and dependable service. Great on the communication too! Appointment scheduled and reminder sent to my phone and email was a plus. This company has it down to a science! The gal on the phone was most helpful and gave us a great deal too!. The truck arrived as scheduled and Sebastian went right to work! He's a keeper!! And thank you again for shoveling the dirt back over the lids!

Let's talk about everyone's favorite subject...poo! Like Forrest Gump and countless bumper stickers have said, sh&@ happens. If you're on a septic system ya can't just let that sh&@ go, ya gotta get it pumped out every four years or so. It was our time and I got a quote from A-1. I spoke to the friendly lady on the phone and set up an appointment for the same week. They were really great about keeping me posted and arrived right on time. No, like i was still in bed! The job was done right and I learned more than I could ever have hoped know about septic systems

Just had our septic tank cleaned/pumped what ever you want to call it. I'm totally new to dealing with this type of service but I can tell you this... we are definitely sticking to A1 Septic Services. Sebastian was friendly & professional. I swear you'd think my hubby & him knew each other in the past the way they got along. Got some great pointers as well, thank you so much. It had been 5 years since our last septic pump, so I found A1 on yelp with excellent reviews and made an appointment. From the moment I called till I saw the tail end of their shiny truck leaving the house I found them to be attentive, calling to let me know they where almost here, experienced, took the time to explain how the system works and the condition of my system (it was normal, relief), and extremely friendly, answered all my questions fully even the dumb ones! What an absolutely seamless, professional team! From Aaron's ability to deliver on my late-in-the-day request for assistance early on a Saturday morning to the polite call from our service technician Kyle that he was on his way to Kyle's prompt arrival in a nice clean truck, my experience with A1 Septic Service was just that -- A1! First time having my septic tank serviced and naturally I didn’t know where to start. Fortunately I found A1 on a Google search. I was impressed with their reviews and fleet of smaller trucks so went with them. My instinct paid off. I called them several times for info prior to my service call. Either they were available to patiently answer my questions or quickly returned my call from voice mail. A1 emptied our septic tank 7 months ago and we were having a back up, when we called to see if they could come out to empty again they told us we most likely had a clogged drain and they didn't want to charge us to empty tank when that probably wasn't issue. Very honest! They recommend we call plumber which we did and solved the problem at a much lower cost. They were also great when they emptied out tank originally, had a small truck which was great for our very steep driveway. Highly recommend.

Great experience from start to finish with our septic tank pumping. Manager Aaron answered the phone and was friendly and quickly got the information he needed, and was even able to book a same-day appointment. Technician Kyle then called and asked if he could come earlier than the scheduled time (yes please!), and showed up clean and professional and ready to work. Kyle found, dug up, and pumped out our septic tank in about an hour and half. He was efficient and great to work with throughout. I highly recommend A1!

You can get septic service done with most any reputable service. This company is great. We have been getting septic service from "top companies" since 1994. These are the best. I'll give you the bullets:
*Very fair prices, NO surprises.
*Thorough, clean from beginning to end. They moved our huge 25lb tiles, the bark and paper and put them back, neater than before. Also, moved the excess dirt to a more needed location. We had risers put in,hat accounted for the displaced earth. No added cost!

*Can't believe how they zeroed in on our our openings with
