Not happy with Expert! Our closing was scheduled for 11/23 21, the buyer was paying cash.. 10 days before closing we were told the buyer couldn't get all the money till 1/10/21, so the closing date will be moved till 1/10/21. We agreed but asked that the buyer would increase the escrow money from $2,000 to $10,000, so the buyer would be losing more and would not be screwing around and changing the closing again. We put our lives on hold and are living out of boxes because all of our things are packed away in storage. We can't even cook a meal because all the kitchen ware is stored too. I asked

We contacted Nikki stating we were going to move within a year from Connecticut, three months later she found us a house in this crazy market!
