Prices were very fair. Being a noob they took the time to help me out. Answered questions. Very friendly environment. Never once felt like i was being talked down to. Cut my steel for me. We needed brackets for a mantle project we are constructing at home and Jose was awesome! Response time was quick and price was unbeatable. We sent pictures from the internet we found and they were able to replicate what we wanted. We wanted to check if we could get made local before getting off of EBay. Turnaround time was super fast.
