Since joining the Children's Dentistry of the Palisades team in 2005, I have been dedicated to helping our young patients learn the value of good oral health. I absolutely adore working with children, and find it very fulfilling to help kids understand the importance of good oral health and nutrition.
We recognize that all of our young patients are unique and deserve to receive dental care that reflects their individual needs. Our experienced and talented dental team is committed to working with you and your child to create a comfortable, stress-free, and rewarding dental experience every time you visit our practice.
Dr. Vittal brings her expertise in general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry for our older patients and parents of the practice. Her approachable and caring nature is a great match for our team. Dr. Vittal received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and pursued a year of Residency at Lincoln Medical Center in New York.
I love being a dentist. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and the friendships that I've built with my patients and their families are one in a million. It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at home when they come to me for treatment and I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve.
Dr. Ayoub is an experienced orthodontist who comfortably treats complex cases and enjoys treating both children and adults. His goal is to always put the patient at ease with his informative, friendly, and professional nature. Dr. Ayoub completed his dental education at Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in New York.

The staff at Children’s Dentistry of the Palisades is always amazing. We’ve been going since my boys were little and my boys were not easy! Everyone has always been so kind and patient with them. They explain exactly what they are doing and answer questions. Dr. Reddy is fabulous with both my boys and makes them feel comfortable no matter what they are having done. And during Covid, they have been very impressive with safety protocols too. Highly recommended!

My son had a wonderful experience at Children’s Dentistry of the Palisades. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Kimberly, the dental hygienist, was patient with him and made him feel comfortable. And, Dr Reddy was also amazing! Patient, friendly, calming, and knowledgeable. Everything was geared around a safe and caring environment for children. My son had such a positive experience - not a single tear, just smiles! He told his grandparents all about it!

We've been using this practice for about 5 years, Dr. Fisher retired and it is now Dr. Reddy's practice. We absolutely love them, clean, patient and excellent skills in dealing with children. Dr. Reddy explains every step in the process to your child, she's honest about when it will be a little uncomfortable and will advise when it won't be so your child knows exactly what to expect. We really like everyone there, they are personable and kind. Couldn't give a higher recommendation.
