We bought a house that already had windows installed by Columbus Window. The installation looked great, very professional. We have had no issues with the windows. Quality work, quality windows. We did have a few latches break -- oddly enough, only in my sons' rooms ;) -- and Neil was gracious enough to provide replacements. That is FIVE STAR customer service.
