This vacation home is kept CLEAN AND SANITARY: Our cleaning crew is instructed to thoroughly disinfect and sanitize all kitchen and bathroom surfaces, as well as frequently touched surfaces such as tabletops, light switches, door knobs etc. Linens and towels are thoroughly washed.Lakefront Retreat is a great home base for visiting Yellowstone Park (only 32 miles from the west entrance) while also enjoying a lake vacation!

Yellowstone Lake is one of the largest high-altitude lakes in North America and is centered over the Yellowstone Caldera, the largest super volcano on the continent. The caldera is considered an active volcano.
Gardiner is situated in southwest Montana, at the north Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The town is nestled in breathtaking Paradise Valley, with the Yellowstone River running right through town. Gardiner has the atmosphere of a quaint western town, complete with elk meandering and grazing throughout the town.
The same natural forces that made Yellowstone National Park so scenic also made Island Park beautiful. This area is actually the world's largest caldera, 23 miles in diameter, created from a volcano that collapsed in prehistoric times.
