I am dedicated to the creation of individualized treatment plans in order to improve your health and your sense of well being. I graduated with a Masters of Acupuncture from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies and am currently licensed in Pennsylvania. My training was primarily centered on two schools of acupuncture: Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element Theory.
Acupuncture is the gentle insertion of thin, sterile, disposable needles into certain designated points in the body, which induces stimulation through various manipulative methods. This is done to facilitate the body's ability to heal itself naturally. The general theory of acupuncture is based on the premise that there are patterns of energy flow (called "Qi", pronounce chee) that are essential for health.

I received acupuncture from Leah Fanslau for several different remedies over the years. She calmed my anxiety with her soothing approach and I found the experience to be quite relaxing. She was also instrumental with my pregnancy when helping me with my IUI fertility. I had taken Letrozole and the doctor said my follicles were not quite ready for fertilization.
