They mess something up every single time I have an order there! I understand humans make mistakes, but EVERY TIME seriously! My doctor called in an order in around 6pm yesterday. My husband went to pick it up this morning and they told him that it would be delivered. No one ordered a freaking delivery. My paperwork clearly says pick up. After calling to confirm, they told him they spoke with me yesterday around 11:30am. Seriously, I didnt go to the doctor until 2:30pm. There is clearly someone else my same name, but what happened to confirming DOB before giving out information!? Just picked up

I am having a bad experience with getting a defective mobility scooter in this store that was making a noise in the rear end
when it was brought to my house and I rode it for the first time and I tried different times to get them to fix it or get another one and I never got this took care of ,at one point they told me to go somewhere else ,so I just quit trying to get them to do anything,now this scooter has crackes on the floor past where my feet go and the noise has got so bad plus there are two different noises in the rear end area that you can hear very loude,is embarrassing and plus it guit

Growing up in Fort Smith, Coleman's was our family Pharmacy once Fort Chaffee closed and we had to change to civilian Doctors and Pharmacies. They were home town, friendly and they delivered. Fast forward to 2018. Moved home, transferred all my prescriptions from CVS to Coleman's. The first red flag was when I called in a refill on a RX and was told that it was a 60 day RX and that it couldn't be refilled for 30 days. Hmmm....... it was a RX for a medication that I have taken for over 30 years ONCE a day. I put my pills out a week at a time. I'm 30 pills short on

I wanted to share my experience that I had today at Coleman Pharmacy. I have never ever been treated so rudely in my life by a pharmacist and I cannot begin to tell you how embarrassed I was. I normally go to Walmart but they were out of my medicine so I went to Coleman. I asked the clerk if I could get my rx filled there since Walmart was out and then the gentleman (pharmacist) came to me and asks me in a very rude tone why I needed the medication and what my ailments were? So, I proceeded to tell him that I have chronic migraines and systemic lupus and he tells me that my problem is the pills

This is just down the street from my house. Growing up this was the pharmacy my late mom would go to. My family got to know the employees. And when mom passed from cancer, they treated us like family. And still do to this day. If they don't have what you want, they can get it. Best and only pharmacy I'll ever go to.
