Great Place if you want to be a human punching bag! My husband and I stopped by for a couples massage and we were greeted by a confused lady. She called a male worker to the front and we explained to both that we were looking for a couples massage. We did notice a sign on the wall that read 20% Tip Required. The lady pointed at the sign but did not charge us when paying. They said yes yes and took us on back to the a room. There was definitely a language barrier. I enjoyed an excellent 30 minute foot massage and 15 minute chair massage from the same man. He was attentive to where I told him I felt tight and did a wonderful job working the knots out-and in such a short amount of time. Now this is a massage in a mall so there is no serenity and quietness. But I knew that going in. They do play relaxing music but it's hard to hear over the other mall noises. They're open 7 days a week and take walk ins so I'm willing to trade an overall spa experience for times I need something worked out right away.

Typical mall massage location. Very clean and just the right amount of lighting. If privacy is a concern go for table massage that is behind the main wall. I choose the foot massage at 40.00 for 30 minutes. It was very good and handled professionally. Chairs are a little on the uncomfortable side with an ottoman and chair combination. The lady that worked on my feet was attentive and took her time with just the right amount of pressure.
The prices for massages in Panama City stay at summer season prices year round, very expensive. I found this to be an affordable way of relaxing. Will return

My massage at Golden Touch was Amazing. Joe used a combination of techniques including Swedish massage, thai and chinese accupressure. The Chinese technique of pressing on specific pressure points may feel slightly painful but I felt no pain after the massage and was very relaxed and relieved. If deep pressure is not what you are looking for then simply let the masseur know what you would like. I have gone back to Golden Touch every time I visit Panama City and I always bring a friend. We have never been disappointed and have never felt better!! I would recommend doing a 60 or 90 minute table
