Rob initially returned call promptly
Managed to fit repair into his schedule same day.
Refrigerator worked properly for a short time. Three more times Rob had to return.
When contacted that same problem was happening, refunded cost of part. Didn't come back out. Final word, Whirlpool had to send a technician
