The previous review stating the obnoxious kid was surly was generous!
He is obviously bitter with his station life and taking it out on customers - maskless and rude little putz exhaling loudly to emphasize his contempt for the privileged customers he has to assist with menial shipping tasks. Sad for him him that while he thinks he's making a statement he is merely sealing his fate.
I walked in, waited upwards of two possibly three minutes, he walked in and didn't acknowledge me while texting someone. In a light hearted tone, I asked "We aren't doing masks?" He looked

Wow wow wow! What a cool little place! I hate walking over to USPS so thiS little spot is extremely convenient! Located right next to lemonade, I'm able to drop off my packages, make copies, send out packages, and they are FedEX and UPS friendly! The customer service feels more like family and they are very friendly! Will definitely be coming back here!

VERY bad customer service. Their hours are listed on line and posted on their door as Monday- Friday 8:30- 6:00. Since I had bad experience with them previously, I called on Friday morning asking them what time do you close? I was told 5:45. I had to leave work early to make sure I will be able to pick up my package which UPS had dropped off at their location. I got there at 5:25 the doors were locked and no one was there. I called them today letting him know that I was there on Friday at 5:25, he started screaming at me to come pick up your package now or I'll send it back with UPS.

Very stubborn owner. Did nothing to look further to get my package. He said it wasnt there but my phone tracking said it was delivered yesterday. More arguing I called UPS in front of him got the name of the signed and we went back together. The slip said no name so the address was the next best in my opinion. Of course it was there. Then He wanted to fight about the name on it and I didn't give him that name. The Slip said it was under No Name so why would I bother giving him several different names. Address would suffice. 3 days to get this package and without persistence it would

The only reason they are getting 3 stars because it was convenient and fast. Customer service is horrible. The AA employee, Didn't even say Hi when I walked in. Had whatever attitude and never even once smiled nor thanked me for the business I gave them. And surprise surprise didn't say goodbye either. Must be front/laundry for something else

Not sure why this place has negative reviews. This is a fantastic shipping center! I come in here at least once or twice a week either dropping off packages or sending off a new one. Every single person who works here is very nice and helpful. And the best part is that I am in and out in about 5 mins.

Brentwood Ship & More custom packed a donation for charity in a special box and went out of their way to make certain nothing would be damaged. This is not the first time they have done this and I would not have been able to send it if it wasn't for them.
I used to get my mail here for years. They are also my go to place for sending a fax.

Awful service. Called to ask a question and barely even got an answer. Showed up with my package later that day and they were closed with no note or indication that they would be closing early. if this place isn't open the next time I go I'm calling the bbb. THEIR HOURS ARE A LIE THEY COME AND GO AS THEY PLEASE. ARRIVED AT 6:04 ON A TUESDAY AND THEY WERE CLOSED ALREADY.
