Be wary. Called to confirm information in a certificate of insurance and the woman blatantly lied, saying the policy was valid and the company was fully insured. However, when I called the actual insurance company, I was informed that the policy had not be valid since 2016. Despite the fact that the certificate of insurance indicated it was valid from July 2017 to July 2018. Pretty sure she forged an Acord certificate of insurance to help a friend in a scam.
